Instructions for Online Payment of Sheriff Sales

Step 1 – Contact the Sheriff’s Office Civil Division to obtain Payoff Amount AND Transaction ID #.

Press “0” to be directed to the Civil Division
Request a Payoff Amount and Transaction ID #. Please have the Case # and Property address ready.

Send email requesting Payoff Amount and Transaction ID #. Please have the Case # and Property address ready.

Step 2 – Click the Make Payment Here button below.

Follow instructions on the ACI Payments site. All information is kept confidential.
All payments made via the ACI Payments site are by e-check only. Please have your bank account number and routing number ready.
There is a non-refundable $2.95 convenience/service transaction fee. This will appear on your bank statement as a separate transaction to ACI Payments Inc.
You will receive a digital receipt with a confirmation # via email once your payment is authorized.
