Instructions for Online Payment of Sheriff Sales
Step 1 – Refer to the Payoff email sent after the sale, or you may contact the Sheriff's Office Civil Division:

- Press “0” to be directed to a Sheriff's Office Civil Division representative.
- Please have the Case # and Property address ready.

- Send email requesting Payoff Amount and Transaction ID #. Please have the Case # and Property address ready.
Step 2 – Click the Make Payment Here button below.
- Follow instructions on the ACI Payments site. All information is kept confidential.
- All payments made via the ACI Payments site are by e-check only. Please have your bank account number and routing number ready.
- There is a non-refundable $2.95 convenience/service transaction fee. This will appear on your bank statement as a separate transaction to ACI Payments Inc.
- You will receive a digital receipt with a confirmation # via email once your payment is authorized.
