How do I bid on a Mortgage foreclosed property?

Mortgage Foreclosure sales, when set, are held on Fridays at 10:00 a.m. on the Sheriff’s Realauction Online Site at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov .  You must register at the Realauction Online Site and submit your required deposit to Realauction prior to the date of sale by the required deposit deadline.  The highest bidder purchases the property. Once bidding is completed, the winning bidder’s deposit will automatically be applied to the sale by Realauction.  After the last property closes, Realauction will wire transfer all winning deposits collected to the Sheriff’s Office, along with sale results.  The remaining balance is to be paid within thirty days of the filing of the Confirmation Order.
