How do I visit an inmate?

Summit County conducts video visitation only, which is done via PC, Mac, or mobile device. You can schedule visitation with an inmate at www.icsolutions.com.

If you do not have access to a computer or mobile device, you can utilize our video visitation terminal at the Jail. Visitation must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Visitors using the terminal at the Jail must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time or they will be denied access.
