Are there any additional fees or costs that I will be responsible for if I am the winning bidder at the sale?

Conveyance Fees, Lot Fees and Recording Fees will be added to the balance due, as the fees to transfer the Sheriff’s Deed to the buyer.  Also, the buyer will be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
