Since search options with the Clerk of Courts is by defendant name or case number, you will have to get the name of the current owner of that property. Using the property address or parcel number, you can access the Summit County Fiscal Office website for this information at https://fiscaloffice.summitoh.net .  Once the current owner name is found, then you can search the Clerk of Courts records.  Keep in mind until a praecipe is filed and an order of sale is issued, the property will not proceed to sale. Properties are set for Sheriff Sale after the date of praecipe and order of sale issue date.
