What is a Writ of Possession?

A Writ of Possession is the Eviction Process as the result of the Judicial Court Foreclosure process and Sheriff Sale. It is granted to the buyer in the Confirmation.  The buyer is to file for the Writ of Possession in order to take possession of the property.
